Note: You must subscribe to caller id service through your phone company for this service to work.
  1. Press the Call Log key on your phone
  2. Press the Volume up and Volume down key to scroll the numbers
  3. If you wish to return a call in your call log, while viewing the number of the person whom you wish to call press 9 followed by the call log key
Adjusting the volume on the handset
  1. While using the handset
  2. Press the Volume up and Volume down to raise and lower the volume of the call

Adjusting the volume on the speakerphone
  1. While using the speakerphone
  2. Press the Volume up and Volume down to raise and lower the volume of the call

Adjusting the ring volume of my phone
  1. While the phone is in an idle state
  2. Press the Volume up and Volume down to raise and lower the volume of the ringer
  1. Press intercom
  2. #6011 (ALL CALLS FORWARDED) followed by the extension number or 9 and the external telephone number followed by the # key.
  3. #6021 (BUSY CALLS FORWARDED) followed by the extension number or 9 and the external telephone number followed by the # key
  4. #6031 (NO ANSWER CALLS FORWARDED) followed by the extension number and number of seconds before the call is forwarded. Or 9 and the external telephone number and numbers of seconds before the call is forwarded.
  5. #6041 (BUSY NO ANSWER CALLS FORWARDED) followed by the extension number and the number of seconds before the call is forwarded. Or 9 and the external telephone number and number of seconds before the call is forwarded.
  6. #6051 (CANCEL CALL FORWARDING)
To change a name on an extension you must have administrative rights to do so.
To change a name:
  1. Press the MODE soft key
  2. Press the ADMN soft key
  3. The "PASSWORD" Prompt appears
  4. Using the keypad on your telephone enter the password. (0000 is the default password)
  5. Press Hold
  6. Press Hold
  7. Using the keypad on your telephone enter the extension number to be changed You will now see the name to be changed.
  8. To delete the entry Press the Page or Left soft key
  9. Using the keypad on your telephone enter the name.
    Example: Press the 2 once for an "A"
    Press the 2 twice for a "B"
    To enter a space to the right Press the scroll or right soft key
    To delete a previous character Press the page or left soft key
  10. Press Hold to Store the Entry
To set the date:
  1. Press intercom
  2. Press #651
  3. Enter Date
    Example: October 15 2007 would be 071015
  4. Press the # key to store

To set the time:
  1. Press intercom
  2. Press #652
  3. Enter Time
    Example: O8:35AM would be 083530, 4:15PM would be 161530
  4. Press the # key to store
If the main greeting picks up
  1. To access your voicemail messages remotely dial the company's telephone number or backdoor telephone number
  2. Once you hear the main greeting press the * key
  3. Then enter you mailbox number followed by the # key
  4. Then enter you security code followed by the # key
You must first assign the key to be a one touch dial
  1. Press #
  2. Press 9 8 7 6
  3. Press HOLD
  4. Press the button to program
  5. Press 570
  6. Press the button again Display should say data programmed

Now you can assign the button a telephone number
  1. Press #
  2. Press 9 8 7 6
  3. Press the button to program
  4. Press 9 plus the telephone number
  5. Press the button again
Unsupervised Transfer:
With the caller on the line
  1. Press the Cnf/Trn Key
  2. Dial the extension number or press the DSS key
  3. At this time you can hang up
Supervised Transfer:
With the caller on the line
  1. Press the Cnf/Trn Key
  2. Dial the extension number or press the DSS key
  3. Wait for the person to pick up
  4. Announce the call
  5. If they choose to take the call hang up
  6. If they choose not to take the call press the flashing Intercom or line appearance key to return to the call. At this time you can choose to do a Voicemail Transfer
Voicemail Transfer:
With the caller on the line
  1. Press the Voicemail Transfer Key or the VMTR Key
  2. Dial the extension number or press the DSS key followed by the # sign
Note: You need to have override privileges for this function to work. If you do not have those privileges you will camp on to the busy extension.
  1. Dial the extension number
  2. You will here a busy signal
  3. Press the digit 3 a tone will be heard and you will be joined in on the call
  1. While talking to Caller A, Press the Cnf/Trn Key
  2. Dial 9 or Press a line Key
  3. Dial the number of Caller B
  4. When Caller B answers
  5. Press the Cnf/Trn Key
  6. Yourself and Caller A and Caller B will be joined
  1. Press the button labeled DND or press intercom #6091
  1. Using the keypad on your telephone press #409
    Note: you may have to do this a couple of times depending on how many times you lamp was lit
Each person has the ability to store from 10 to 100 personal speed dials. Speed dial amounts may differ on each system. Personal speed dials are stored in bin numbers from 100 to 199.
To Store a number and name:
  1. Enter user programming by press #9876
  2. Press Spdial
  3. Using the keypad on your telephone enter the 3 digit bin number.
  4. Using the keypad on your telephone enter 9 and the telephone number
  5. Press Spkr
  6. You can now input the name associated with the number. NOTE there is a nine character maximum. Using the keypad on your telephone enter the name.
    Example: Press the 2 once for an "A"
    Press the 2 twice for a "B"
    To enter a space to the right Press the scroll or right soft key
  7. Press the Spdial key to store your entry
Your phone system has the ability to store 800 system wide speed dials. These speed dials are accessible from any of the extensions on your phone system. These speed dials are stored in bin numbers 200 thru 999. NOTE you must have administration rights to store system speed dials.
To Store a number and name:
  1. Enter user programming by press #9876
  2. Press Spdial
  3. Using the keypad on your telephone enter the 3 digit bin number.
  4. Using the keypad on your telephone enter 9 and the telephone number
  5. Press Spkr
  6. You can now input the name associated with the number. NOTE there is a nine character maximum. Using the keypad on your telephone enter the name.
    Example: Press the 2 once for an "A"
    Press the 2 twice for a "B"
    To enter a space to the right Press the scroll or right soft key
  7. Press the Spdial key to store your entry
Unsupervised Transfer:
With the caller on the line
  1. Press the Cnf/Trn Key
  2. Dial the extension number or press the DSS key
  3. At this time you can hang up
Supervised Transfer:
With the caller on the line
  1. Press the Cnf/Trn Key
  2. Dial the extension number or press the DSS key
  3. Wait for the person to pick up
  4. Announce the call
  5. If they choose to take the call hang up
  6. If they choose not to take the call press the flashing Intercom or line appearance key to return to the call. At this time you can choose to do a Voicemail Transfer
