Use switch on end or side of phone. Tap the Grey Key Up or Down to Increase or Decrease Volume.
To join an outside call, press the lighted line button of the call in progress, you are connected
To leave the call and leave the other two parties talking, just hang up.
To terminate one party and talk to the other, press the line button of the party to remain connected. The party you did not press (ignored) will be dropped off the call
In order to change names, it is necessary to know the JACK number of the station. If you do not know the jack number, go to the station. With a display phone, press PROGRAM, 99, 6. The JACK number will be displayed (press PAUSE if you do not have a PROGRAM key). Ten Characters Max.

Example below is for the phone located at Jack 07/1 Station 121. Name to be entered is Bob
  1. Press PROGRAM, STAR, STAR, 1234
  2. Dial 004
  3. Press the NEXT soft key below display or SP-PHONE key
  4. Dial 07 (because this is jack 7)
  5. Dial 2 (for the B in Bob)
  6. Press soft key below B
  7. Dial 6 (for the o in Bob)
  8. Press Shift
  9. Press soft key below o
  10. 2 (for the b in Bob)
  11. Press soft key below b
  12. Press STORE.
  13. Lift handset and hang up to end programming.
  • Press TRANSFER, STORE to clear a name.
  • Press 1 for Q Z !
  • Shift for q z ?
  • Press SHIFT soft key to change from upper case to lower case
You must be on the main phone on jack 01 to set time. You can determine if your phone is jack 01 by setting the switch on the end of a display phone to PROGRAM and then pushing the number 6 on the dial pad. The phone will read the jack and extension number. When you have determined the jack 01 phone, do the following:
  1. Set switch on end of phone to "PROGRAM" (or push PROGRAM key if you have one)
  2. Dial "0"
  3. Enter year (last 2 digits)
  4. Enter month (01-12)
  5. Enter day (01-31)
  6. Enter day of week (Sun 0, Mon 1, Tue 2, Wed 3, Thu 4, Fri 5, Sat 6.)
  7. Enter Hour (01-12)
  8. Enter Minute (00-59)
  9. Press 0 for AM 1 for PM
  10. Press "AUTO DIAL/STORE" key
  11. Return phone switch to "SET" (or push PROGRAM key if you have one)
To use Station Speed Dial
  1. Press Intercom, Dial 3 STAR
  2. Dial speed dial code (any number from 0 to 9 on the dial pad)
To Store Station Speed Dial
  1. Press Intercom 30,
  2. Dial speed dial code (any number from 0 to 9 on the dial pad)
  3. Enter 9 and the number as you would normally dial
  4. Press POUND
  5. Hang Up
You must be on a display phone on the main phone on jack 01 to program system speed dial numbers and names. You can determine if your phone is jack 01 by pressing PROGRAM 99 on a display phone and then pushing the number 6 on the dial pad. The phone will read the jack and extension number. When you have determined the jack 01 phone, do the following keystrokes listed below:

SP-PHONE Enter Speed Code; Range is 000 to 499 Older Software Versions 00 to 99
Enter 9 and the telephone number Nine is a line access code. It tells the system to grab an outside line. You may also use a Trunk Group Code if set up that way.
Enter a local number as shown: 9555-3000
Enter a long distance number as shown: 91-222-555-1212
  • Press AUTO DIAL/STORE The number is now stored.
  • Press SP-PHONE to advance to next bin. Press REDIAL for previous bin.
  • Options
  • Press CONF to place a HYPHEN between numbers if you prefer. It makes no difference but is easier to read when the number scrolls out on your display. Do not place a hyphen after the 9.
  • Press PAUSE for a pause. See below for additional characters you may want to enter.
Transfer Using DSS Button
  1. Press the DSS key for the person
  2. The caller is automatically placed on hold.
  3. Wait for an answer and announce the call or hang up.
  4. Hang up. The call is transferred.

Transfer Using TRANSFER button while having a conversation.
  1. Press the TRANSFER button.
  2. The caller is automatically placed on hold.
  3. Dial the extension number where the call will be transferred.
  4. Wait for an answer and announce the call or hang up.
  5. Hang up. The call is transferred.
  1. Press CONF., Listen for confirmation tone
  2. Dial the phone number of the third party.
    If internal, dial the person's extension number.
    If an outside call, dial 9 or press a line button.
  3. Press CONF.
  4. A three-party conference is now established
It's easier to remember this way. Call someone, Press CONF., call someone else, press CONF.
To terminate one party and talk to the other: Press the CO/Line button or INTERCOM button or DN button of the party you want to continue with. The other party is disconnected.
To establish an unattended conference: During a conversation with two outside parties press CONF. to leave the conference and let the outside parties continue to converse. To renter the conference, press one of the rapidly flashing green line buttons.
