What is Managed and Hosted Solutions:
 

Unlike premise-based systems that charge “per-active” port fees, hosted systems can expand one line at a time and are therefore subject to cost-effective per-seat licenses, charge only for those actually configured for use.

There is also an interesting middle ground of “managed services” wherein IP equipment can exist on the company premises (or in a tenant’s building) if necessary, but it’s taken care of by the service provider. It conserves the provider’s office space and distributes much of the call control processing around to the customer locations. FreedomIQ has directly integrated with Microsoft Outlook to allow you to trigger outbound calls directly from your email. Voicemail Transcription

 

NuSound has partnered with Freedom IQ &PhoneTag to bring you the powerful TalkText voicemail-to-text transcription feature. TalkText uses industry-leading voice recognition technology to convert your voicemail messages to text and deliver them to your email or mobile phone.

 

Recorded Calls

 

Record some or all of the calls your receive, whether for employee training purposes or to protect your business against disputes and misunderstandings. Access these recordings any time through your WebLINK Internet Control Panel, or have them delivered to you as an email attachment.
